This story came up in my Yonkers RSS feed yesterday. Among other things, it read:

Ginsburg Development announced yesterday that it will slash the number of units in its proposal for a luxury riverfront apartment building and change all the units to condominiums.

The company unveiled its revised plans for a 353-unit luxury condominium building last night at the Yonkers Planning Board meeting. The initial proposal for the River Club development, which the board approved in March, called for 428 rental units.
I understand that this is planned for somewhere on Warburten Ave. Anyone have any additional information on this?
